Mayor W.R. Massey has sold his residence property on East Washington Street to Bert Ward, a former resident now living at Hedrick where he is managing an elevator. Mr. Ward thinks that there is no place as good as old Covington and expects to move back during the summer or early fall. Mayor Massey is planning to build a modern dwelling on the vacant lot just east of his present home.
