Frank M. Malone, of Cayuga, a Wabash College graduate with the class of 1887 has been indicted by the Vermillion County Grand Jury for the perversion of the funds of the Malone & Son's Bank which ws recently

closed by order of the court. Two indictments have been returned against him. No indictment was returned against William Whittington, arrested at the same time with Malone. Mr. Malone is now out under bond.
