The annual reunion of the descendants of William and Margaret Peveler Linville was eld at the home of a grandson, Mr. and Mrs. John Linville, near Hillsboro, Sunday with 60 guests present. Three of the immediate members of a family of 10 children were present, they being the last survivors. They were James T. Linville of Marysville, Mo and his twin brother, Leonard T. Linville of near HIllsboro who will be 85 on their next birthday anniversary Feb 3 and their brother, John D. Linville of Hillsboro who will be 9 on December 5. The three brothers will enjoy a two weeks visit together. A bountiful dinner was served at noon and a program in the afternoon consisted of music numbers of Miss Mary Dove of Lebanon, a radio entertainer who broadcasts from Purdue University who gave guitar numbers and she and Miss Marjorie Reister of Mellott gave vocal selections. John D. Linville, Hillsboro was the oldest present; Joe Jett, Ft. Wayne, the youngest; James T. and Leonard T. Linville, oldest twins present; James T. Linville came to greatest distance. A gift was sent to Mrs. James T. Linville who is one of the six older member of the reunion as she was unable toa ttend on account of illness. The program was brought to a close by a schottish by the 85-year-old twins. The 1938 reunion will be held at the Milligan Park in Crawfordsville.
