Veedersburg – Lt Col Billy L. Kinneer, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Perry Kinneer, Rt 4, Veedersburg, has received his second award of the US Air
Force Commendation Medal at Kirtland AFB, NM.
Col. Kinneer, a staff development engineer was cited for meritorious
service at Headquarters, Air Force System Command, Andrews AFB Md. A 1952
graduate of Veedersburg HS he received his BS degree in in aeronautical
engineering in 1956 from Purdue University. His wife, Carol is the daughter of
Mrs. Harold Esra, Crawfordsville.
