George Green and his wife have been keeping house for Henry Butt since Mrs. Butt died and have lived together very amiably. But lately George has had his suspicions that all was not as it should be and so he decided to find out. Thursday afternoon he left the house and told his wife he was go work that afternoon. But instead of working he returned to the house in about half an hour but found the doors all locked and the windows darked. He rapped and called and finally his wife opened the door a little and George then shoved it wide open and found what as he expected his wife and Henry Butt together.
