Wilbur Bethel, a farmer of Richland Township, living north of Newtown was in Mellott Monday where he suffered a stroke of apoplexy. He was in an unconscious condition for some time and there was grave fears for his recovery. During the evening he regained consciousness and some strength was taken to his home but on Tuesday he grew worse and the family and friends are alarmed over his condition
