BAKING Club - 1945 - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

The Baking Club met at the high school Tuesday at 2:00.  We have a fine enrollment of 29 members. We have a business meeting every two weeks, then a project meeting.  Meeting was opened by saying the pledge to the flag led by Betty Jane Olds. 4-H club pledge led by Judith Padgett. Next songs were led by Martin Boggs and Nadine Shoaf. The officers training school will meet at the HS Wednesday night at 8:00. Roll call by Betty Smith. There were a few members who were not present; we would like to have them here.  Initiation ceremony for the new members was lded by Virginia Sewell, Betty Smith and Dorothy. Virginia Sewell read the rules for a Charter Club. The next business meeting is May 22.  Judith Pedito, Reporter.    --- transcribed by kbz
