Whole Wheat Banana Apple Bread
Cream together: 1/2 Cup margarine 1/2 Cup Sugar
Add: 2 eggs, separately then 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Sift together: 1 tsp. baking soda ; 1 C whole wheat flour ; 1 Cup Enriched flour
Add alternately with flour 1 Cup Mashed bananas
1 Cup Chopped apples - skins, too
Pour into a greased baking pan (9 x 3 loaf) and bake 1 hour at 350. -
