WATERGATE SALAD
True, everyone makes this but it is a family tradition that when we have a get-together I make this for our son-in-law, Steve and daughter-in-law, Kathy.
Especially pretty at Christmas
1 # 2 Can Crushed Pineapple
1, Cool Whip
1 Box Instant Pistacchio Pudding Mix
1/2 C. Chopped Nuts
1/2 C. Coconut if desired (I don't use it)
1/2 pkg Miniature Marshmallows
Mix pineapple and dry pudding. Fold-in the cool whip; add nuts, coconut, marshmallows and chill.
