Tuna Mushroom Cass & No Peek Chicken

No-PEEK CHICKEN
 
1 C. Minute Rice – place in 13x9 pan.  Raw chicken on top.
Mix 1 Can Mushroom Soup – 1 Can Chicken Soup and 1 ½ C. Milk
Pour over the chicken and sprinkle with Onion Soup mix.  Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 ½-3 hours -- and NO Peeking !!



TUNA MUSHROOM CASSEROLE – by Martha Montgomery (Montgomery County Genealogy Cookbook abt 1975)
 
1, 3-oz pkg cream cheese – blend with 1 can cream of mushroom soup – 1 can mushrooms, drained – 1 large can or two small cans of tuna – 1 small jar pimentos – 1 cup cooked macaroni – 1 tsp parsley flakes, a little seasoned salt.  Combine all and bake at 350 for ½ hour with crushed potato chips on top – chicken may be used for the tuna!  Just as good and I don't use pimentos !!
