2 # ground beef
American Cheese Slices
One small onion
Tater Crowns
Can Mushroom soup
In a large skillet brown the ground beef and onion, season to taste. After thoroughly cooked, drain any grease. Add cream of mushroom soup
Pour the ground beef mixture into a glass cake pan, spready evenly. Top with cheese slices. Place a single layer of tater crowns on top of the cheese slices. Bake according to the directions on the package of tater crowns.
Great served with applesauce and cottage cheese as a side. Kids love this – enjoy!
