Spaghetti Bake
SPAGHETTI BAKE
This is thanks to my wonderful sister-in-law Becky Z H - she brought it down after my open heart surgery - it was PERFECT for multiple meals :) Sure appreciated it
2 pounds ground beef
1 C. Chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 - 28-oz canned tomatoes, cut-up
1 - 15-ox can tomato saute
1 small can tomato paste
1 - 4-oz can mushroom pieces
2 t. sugar
1 1/2 tst. oregano
1 1/2 tst. oregano
1 t. salt
1 t. dried basil
8-oz spaghetti - cooked
2 C. Mozarella Cheese
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
In large pan, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in rest of ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese.,, Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Stir in drained spaghetti. Put 1/2 mixture in 13 x 9 x2 pan. Cover with 2 C Mozzarella. Add rest of mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
