Pretzel Surprise - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

I'm not sure where I got this, but it's quite tasty -- especially, if you're feelin' like somethin' different! I also didn't know what category to put it in -- hope you find it as it's a goody! This is my granddaughter, Reilley Jo's favorite dessert ! Karen Z

Mix: 1 C. Crushed Pretzels

2-3 T. Sugar

1 stick melted butter

Press into 13 x 9 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool

Mix until creamy: 2 C. Cool Whip

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 C. Sugar (I use Splenda)

Pour over crust. Use Strawberry preserves to spread on top.
