PINEAPPLE SALAD

This one is from my mother -- I can still see her standing at the stove fixin' up her "Pineapple Salad." I have no idea where she got the recipe, but she made it for lots of company dinners and it's a fav of my company, too.

Drain 1 can Crushed Pineapple into a Pan

Add: 1/2 C. Sugar and 2 T. Flour

Cook over medium heat until almost thick, then add 4 slices of American Cheese -- cool slightly. To the crushed pineapple, add: 5-10 chopped pecans cut-up and marshmallow pieces into the Syrup. Mix well -- good warm, cold or on a lettuce leaf.
