Pineapple Cake

Yummy Pineapple Cake (this is similar to Pineapple Easy Cake but better)

350 – grease (I spray) 9 x 13 pan.

Pour TWO cans crushed pineapple, undrained into pan – including juice from both
Sprinkle ½ C. Brown Sugar evenly over the pineapple.
(White) OR Yellow cake mix- sprinkle the dry cake mix over the Brown Sugar.
1 C. unsalted butter melted  - Pour this very carefully and slowly over the cake mix.  Make sure it is covered.
I also add some chopped pecans (1/2-3/4 C)

40-50 minutes – fruit should be bubbling and the top golden brown.
