1 box Better Crocker Supermoist yellow cake mix
1 C. Creamy peanut butter
¼ C Packed brown sugar
2 T. Water
2 eggs
Granulated sugar.
Heat over to 375 (350 for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In large bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, water and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Shape dough into 1” ballsRoll in granulated sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2” apart. Flatten in crisscrosses.10-12 minutes
