Peach Cobbler - Sarabeth

Sarabeth’s Delicious Peach Cobbler


1 Cup Original Bisquick Mix

1 Cup Milk

½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg (I used cinnamon and more)

½ C. Butter, Melted

1 Cup Sugar (I used Splenda

1 Can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained

Heat oven to 375.
Stir together Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg in ungreased 8” square (two-quart glass) bakng dish.  Stir in butter until blended.  Stir together sugar & peaches; spoon over batter.

Bake 50-60 minutes (I didn’t bake it near that long 45 tops) or until golden.  

We ate this warm with Cinnabon ice cream on top – oh my gosh, delicious!
