BANANA SALAD --

Eight bananas, cut up Dressing (see below) Nuts
Cook the following ingredients until thick and caramel-colored. Stir constantly. Cool and just before serving spoon over bananas. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Dressing: 1 C. Brown Sugar
2 level Tablespoons flour
1 T. Butter
1 T. Vinegar
1 C. Cream (or milk for less calories)
