Microwave Meat Loaf

MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF

Love to use my microwave – here is an excellent meat loaf pretty easy to pop in and forget until ya' hear that buzzer :)

1 egg, slightly beaten 1 ½ lb. ground beef ½ C. chopped onions

1 C. Barbecue Sauce

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 C. Crushed cracker crumbs

¼ tsp. salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce, thorough in 9 x 5” loaf dish. Spread mixture evenly in dish and cover with the BBQ sauce. Microwave 25-30 minutes on “6” or until set in center. Let stand 5 minutes 4-5 servings
