Italian Delight
ITALIAN DELIGHT –

¾# spaghetti –1# ground beef – 1 can whole kernel corn – 2 cans tomato sauce – 1 or 2 garlic cloves – 1 med size onion, chopped – 1 med size bell pepper, chopped – 1 can mushroom soup – sliced cheese
Cook spaghetti – when done, wash well with cold water.
Put a dribble of oil in a skillet, mix onions, garlic and peppers. Brown slightly. Crumble meat into the skillet and brown. Add drained corn, tomato sauce and mushroom soup. Mix well. Put spaghetti in a baking dish. Pour meat sauce over it, put sliced cheese over top. Bake about 45 minutes – an hour at 350.
