HAMBURGER PIE SERVED AT WAVELAND HIGH SCHOOL in the 1950-1960s - YUM

1 # Ground beef (lean)
Small Onion
Brown beef and cook onion, season with salt & pepper - drain off extra grease.
1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup
1 Can Greenbeans, drained
1 Can Greenbeans, drained
Stir into beef mixture. Heat until bubbly then simmer 20 minutes.
Prepare 4-6 servings of instant potatoes. Add 1 beaten egg. Top potatoes with Cheddar Cheese or Velveta. Top with Ground beef mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375. 40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted
