Ham Balls
I think I got this recipe from my mother-in-law, but for sure, as a child, it was probably my daughter, Suzie's favorite meal.
1# Fresh Ground Pork
1 # Fresh Ground Ham
1 C. Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 C. Milk
Nix together and form balls.
Mix: 1/2 C. Brown Sugar, mixed with 1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 C. Vinegar.
Pour over balls. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour -- baste a few times.
Serves between 4 and 6.
