Glazed APPLE YUM
Source: - sorry, I was browsing the internet for recipes using apple pie filling, found one but wasn’t sure we’d like it so missed the citation (didn’t get the name either) but here it is with a bit of difference – it was really good, though and wherever I got it, thanks so much
Glazed Apple Yum (my name I gave to it – lol – kbz)
Mix together – 1 box white bake mix
¼ C. Water
2-3 tsp of ground cinnamon
C. Sour cream
3 large eggs
– After a good mix with the mixer, pour this into a greased and floured (I used Pam spray) 13 x 9 baking dish.
Add the pie filling a spoonful at a time over the entire cake batter but do NOT spread.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 350.
Cool 10 minutes – then whisk together 1 C. Powdered Sugar and 1-2 T Milk
Poke holes into the cake and put on the glaze! Really like this one !
