Freezer Pickles
Thanks to my buddy, Nancy Kelsey Powers for this one
2 Cups White Sugar
1 Cup Vinegar
1 T. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
7 Cps thinly sliced cucumbers
1 C. thinly sliced onion
Mix altogether - let set 1 hour, stirring often. Stir and place in freezer containers. Freeze - good for a couple of months in freezer.
