Four-Layer Lemon Dessert

4-layer Lemon Dessert

 
1 ½ C. Flour
 
¾ Melted Margarine – cream together add : ½ C. Chopped nuts and pat into a 13 x 9 pan – bake about 20 minutes. 350.
 
Blend together & pour over crust. 1 C. Cool Whip, 1 8-oz cream cheese, 1 C. powdered sugar
 
3 C. Milk & two boxes instant lemon pudding  - pour over cool whip mixture.  Add nuts for garnish if desire.

Not real sure where I got this dessert but it's a family favorite and is especially good on a hot, summer day :)  Just about any kinds of pudding works - butterscotch is good - vanilla, chocolate - just have fun :)
