Four-Hour Stew
PATTI ZIMMERMAN’s 4-Hour Stew
Patti was one of the best cooks I have ever known and here is a great recipe from her
1 # stew beef – place meat in bottom of a baking dish – add salt & pepper
Combine: 2 big T. Tapioca, 1 ½ C. Tomato juice and pour over meat. Place 3 carrots, 3 potatoes, cut up on top and cover tight with aluminum foil.
250 for 4 hours.
