Corn Pudding
CORN PUDDING - should call it WOW CORN PUDDING (this is the BEST EVER)
Combine 2 C. cream style canned corn with ingredients below
1 tsp. salt
2 T. Floud
3 T Sugar
2 T Butter
Beat 2 eggs and 2 C. Milk
Blend into corn mixture.
Pour into baking dish (I use a 7x11 glass one and spray with Pam)
Bake 325 degrees for 90 minutes. It should be firm but maybe a tad wiggly - lol.
Got this recipe from Jim's mother - it has been a must for Thanksgiving for many years now !!
