Corn Bread - Good

From the: Montgomery County Genealogy Society Cook Book 1975

Good Corn Bread

2 Cups Corn Meal
1/3 Cup Flour
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
4 Tablespoons melted butter

Enough milk to make a thin batter.  Bake in 400 oven.  Submitted by = Helen Barker
