Caramel Corn
C A R A M E L C O R N
6 Quarts popped corn (unsalted)
Syrup:
2 Cups Brown Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
2 Sticks Margarine
½ C White Karo -- Bring all to a boil and boil 5 minutes. STIR CONSTANTLY. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. soda and stir well.
Mix with corn and then spread in a 9x 13 pan (I spray mine with Pam). Bake in over for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in a tight container but ya’ won’t store it long as it’ll be all gone !!
