Broccoli Casserole

Our family had a restaurant (Zach's) in Crawfordsville for many years. Thelma Davis, one of our favorite customers gave me this recipe.

20-oz., 1 pkg. Broccoli, frozen
1 C. minute rice, cooked
1 Can mushroom Soup (1 1/2 C.)
1/2 C. Chopped Celery (optional)
1/2 C. Minced Onions
3/4 Jar Cheese Whip

Cook broccoli in salted water. Mix all ingredients. Put in a greased covered casserole. Bake until it bubbles (about 20 minutes) at 350 degrees. Top with buttered crumbs or crumbled potato chips. Brown uncovered.
