"BROCCOLI - RAISIN SALAD"
If you ever ate one of those absolutely amazing Doris Remley luncheons you probably had this salad. She wouldn't give it to me until she retired then she remembered it and I didn't because I would jokingly ask her for it every time I saw her at a meal or about town. She was one wonderful gal! Thanks Doris & RIP dear one!!
1 large Broccoli Head
10 Slices of Bacon
1 Cup Raisins
1 Medium onion Cut up fine. Mix together and add the dressing and stir well
Dressing: 1 Cup Mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip or Mayo - either one)
1/3 C. Sugar and 2 T. Vinegar - mix well. Pour over Broccoli - I also add cauliflower to this often.
