BREAKFAST Casserole

2 # Sausage
2 T. Mustard
8 eggs, beaten
8 slices bread torn into pieces
2 C, Milk
2 C Shredded cheese
Brown 2# sausage and drain.
Transfer to large mixing bowl.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake next day at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
