Baked Pineapple Casserole

Baked Pineapple Casserole

1 C. White Sugar
½ C. Unsalted butter, softened
4 large eggs
1 pinch ground cinnamon & ground nutmeg – optional
1 20-oz can of crushed (or chunks)
5 slices white bread – torn
350 degree oven.  Grease a med sized casserole dish.
Beat sugar & butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time then stir in cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix in crushed pineapple and bread until incorporated – transfer to the prepared baking dish.
