Luke Bolin - Lt Chaplain Corps

Crawfordsville, Feb 10 – The Rev. Luke Bolin, pastor of the Browns’ Valley and New Market Christian Churches south of here, has been commissioned a first Lt. in the Army Chaplain’s Corps and will report to Ft. Known in Kentucky Feb 15. He will be the first Montgomery County pastor that will be called for active service. The Rev. Mr. Bolin is a graduate of the Northwest Christian College Eugene, Ore and college of religion at Butler University. His wife, the former Miss Roberta Tucker, Crawfordsville, now is a senior at Butler.
