Tech Sgt Joe BURRIN was discharged from Camp Atterbury Nov 6. He has served 33 months in the army with 22 months overseas service in the ETO with the 6th Convalescent Hospital unit of the 3rd Army, he was a pharmacist. The hospital was based in England before D-Day and shortly after the invasion it was moved to France, where it closely followed the victorious 3rd Army in Germany. Sgt Burrin has been awarded the God Conduct Medal and ETO ribbon with 4 battle stars.
