Attica, Ind., Nov. 4—The Rob Roy flouring mill, 4 miles south of here, was burned, destroying the building, machinery, 2,000 bushels of wheat, 8,000 pounds of flour, and books and accounts. Loss, $9,000, with no insurance. It was the work of an incendiary. A. P. Thurston was the owner and it leaves him penniless.
