To the Stockholders of the Covington, Coal Creek and Jacksonville Plank Road Company – 10 % of the stock subscribed by each stockholder is required to be paid on the third day of June next and if payment is not made withing ten ? days thereafter 10% damages will be accessed upon all delinquent payments. The Treasurer will attend ? on said day and the succeeding day at the Clerk’s Office in Covington after which he will be found at Jacksonville to receive payments. By order of the Board – J.
