Covington, Oct 5 – The Citizens Bank of Covington, for many years known as the Sampson Reed Bank has been reorganized and incorporated and changed into a state bank. Heretofore it has been a private bank. The capital stock has been fixed at $60,000 and the surplus at $15,000. All the stock has been sold to local men and farmers near Covington.
