Mrs. Brack DALE, east of town, met with an accident
Wednesday afternoon that came near proving most serious. In
driving into town her horse became frightened at some boys
playing with a lamb in the road at the extreme end of Main
Street and suddenly torned [sic] around and threw her out of
the buggy and ran the buggy over her, then run into Geo.
DUNCAN's wire fence, knocking down two pannels [sic] and
cutting itself some, breaking the buggy shafts and one wheel
and otherwise damaging the buggy. The horse ran on up town
and was caught. Mrs. DALE was not seriously hurt, no bones
fractured or joints dislocated, but considerably bruised and
nervously shocked. Frank SHOCKLEY took MRS. DALE home.
