"I recently purchased at a flea market [Plainfield, Indiana], a framed Knights of Pythias “Certificate of Honor” given to Thomas L. Neal who became a member of Lebanon Lodge No 45 on the 6th day of July, 1905. This certificate has pictures of the men and their designation from the various lodges throughout the State of Indiana. While the certificate is too big to allow me to copy and post on your web-site, I may be [able] to take a digital picture which could then be enlarged and placed on the web site."

in the order of
Knights of Pythias

the 6th day of July 1905. P.O.XLII became a member of Lebanon Lodge No 45, Lebanon, Indiana.

I take pleasure in commending him for the interest he has displayed in the cause of Pythian Knighthood and in this manner express my gratitude for his assistance in making this year a memorable one in the history of Indiana Pythianism.
