JANE SKILLMAN - bitten by wild cat

"Raccoon news item" -- Mrs. Jane Skillman was bitten by an ill cat on Sunday June 24. She was visiting Mrs. Edna Obenchain and while walking in the yard the cat jumped at and bit her, it next jumped at an old hen and bit her and tried to bite Leo Skillman. The cat had recently been bitten by a strange dog. The cat was killed and Mrs. Skillman was persuaded to go to Terre Haute to the mad stone. She with her husband went from Roachdale on Monday. The stone was bound on for two hours but would not adhere. Mrs. Skillman feels much relieved.
