Russellville – Our new town board are: Henry Hargrave, CV Hodskiss and TH Smith. WF Gardner was elected clerk and treasurer without opposition. John Oliver, Democrat, was elected marshall over Wm. Mulligan, Republican but as Oliver is an acting constable it is thought he cannot hold both offices and would thereby be ineligible as marshall. = kz
