- Aug 14, 1837 - 24 3w Notice is hereby given that the undersigned executor of the last will and testament of John Ray deceased in pursuance of the authority given him by said will, and an order of Court thereupon, will on the 8th day of September next at the mansion house of the late John Ray deceased, in Monroe Township in Putnam County proceed to sell at publick auction to the highest bidder, the following described real estate: The SE 1/4 of Sec 13 Twp 16 North of Range 3 West. 2d - 60 acres off the North end of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Sec 34 T 15 N R 5W. 3d - 40 acres off the N end of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Sec 3 T 15 N R 5W. 4th - W 1/2 of the SW fraction of Sec 18 in T 16N of R 2W of 2nd principal meredian - 5th the NE 1/4 N 1/4 of T 15N R4 W containing 40 acres. 6th SE 1/4 of Sec 22 in T 15N R4W.
