Putnam County Hospital - Putnam

Sealed bids in accordance with specification documents are requested from interested suppliers for the purchase of over-bed tables for the new Putnam County Hospital, Greencastle Indiana. Bids will be received by Administrator, Putnam County Hospital, 330 Greenwood Avenue, Greencastle Indiana 46135 until 12 p.m. Sept 22, 1978. Bids will be opened for consideration at 12:30 p.m. on Sept 22.  Bids must be submitted on forms approved by the State Board of Accounts to include 10% Bid Bond and Non-collusion Affidavit. Bids will be firm for 30 days.  Interested supplies may obtain specifications at Hospital Administrators Office.
