McGaughey Reunion - Putnam

The descendants of James A. and Mary McGaughey held their reunion Sunday, Aug. 7, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Webster north of Crawfordsville with 51 present. At the noon hour Walter McGaughey returned thanks. All enjoyed the bountiful dinner. The after was spent in visiting.

Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Walter McGaughey, Fred McGaughey, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Overstreet and Walter and Mary Dell, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Graham, Mrs. Lafe V. McGaughey, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Wiatt and sons, Larry, Glenn and Darrell, all of or near Russellville, Mr. and Mrs. William Craig and son of Vedersburg, Mrs. Leo McGaughey, Larry and Mary and Miss Elsie Mae McGaughey of Crawfordsville, Mr. and Mrs. Leon McGaughey of Flora, Mr. and Mrs. Ora McGaughey of Roachdale, R. R. 1, Mr. and Mrs. Donald McGaughey of Ladoga, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert McGaughey and Nancy Vonda and Jimmie Lafe of Morton, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Davis and Marilyn, Carilyn, Kathie, John Rogers and Alice Marie of Kirkland; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Webster and son and Herman Webster of near Crawfordsville; Mrs. Doyne Marks and three childen, Karen, Craig and Ronnie Dean of near Westfield, and the host and hostess, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Webster. Next years reunion will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Graham.
