Russellville, Indiana Oct 2 – After an all-day stand against his neighbors, George Marsceller, an insane farmer was removed to Greencastle this afternoon by Sheriff Bowes. Marsceller drove his wife and 7 children from the house during the morning and armed himself with an axe threatening to kill anybody who approached him. He went with the sheriff this afternoon without making resistance. Marsceller has been in Indianapolis in a sanitarium but had been discharged last Saturday as cured. He is one of the wealthiest farmers in Putnam County. Mrs. Marsceller is ill following the outbreak of her husband. One of her seven children is only three weeks old.
