LAMSON FAMILY REUNION

Russellville, July 28 - The fifth annual reunion of the Lamson family was held Sunday, July 27 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lamson north of Waveland. The morning was spent in greeting of friends and at the noon hour a bountiful dinner was spread upon tables placed under the beautiful shade trees on the lawn. The afternoon was spent in a social time with music on the victrola and a business session.
The officers for the ensuing year are John Lamson, President; E.W. Simpson, VP; Mrs. EW Simpson, Sec & Treas. Those present from a distant were: Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Lamson, and daughter; Mr. and Mrs. Ewing Mason and daughter; and Mr. and Mrs. William Davidson and daughter of New Richmond; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Simpson and family and Mrs. Kate Simpson of Waveland and Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Ewing of Russellville; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Deere were afternoon guests. Ice cream and cake were served to the 41 present. The date for the 1925 reuion was left in the hands of the committee. --- typed by kbz
