A deal to reopen the
Juaniata Steel Mill at Greencastle was consummated in this city yesterday in
the organization and incorporation of the Western Tin Plate and Sheet
Company. The plan of the new company is
to take charge of the idle plant, equip it with new machinery and put it in
complete operation before fall. The new company is capitalized at
$300,000. It is understood that Eastern
capitalists are behind the venture and that they have already secured
possession of the stock of the Juniata Company. The Juniata Mill was built
