GARRIOTT, Harold - Putnam

Harold Garriott, of Roachdale was selected for the Freshman debate squad of DePauw University. Mr. Garriott was one of 13 men chosen from about 80 contestants. The questions used, "Resolved, that the Direct Primary System for Nomination of State and Federal Officers should be repealed," is the subject chosen by the Indiana Debate League this year.
