CH Adamson, general relief agent on the Monon is here helping JD Ellis, the local agent, during the illness of his stepdaughter, Mrs. Maud Blake, who accidently shot herself at the Ellis home Wednesday.

The condition of Mrs. Maud Blake of Indianapolis who shot herself Wednesday at the home of her stepfather, JD Ellis of this city is reported about the same. Her condition is critical. Mrs. Blake still continues to hold her own and is conscious all the time. She continues to say that she wishes that she had never touched the revolver and maintains that the shooting was an accident.
